Apple Worldwide Developer Relations is seeking a software application specialist; someone who is meticulous, analytical, able to exercise objective analysis, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service skills. Candidate needs to be able to organize and prioritize a heavy workload. The candidate must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly & efficiently. We are looking for a self-starter, a quick learner with excellent communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Mac OS X and AppleScript usage proficiency are desirable skills. BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:
* Run evaluation tools and provide reports.
* Provide feedback to software development teams when appropriate.
* Work with development team on creating and evaluating application test tools.
* Create/maintain standard responses and process documentation.

Preferred Secondary Language Skill:

Traineeship Opportunity: Velos, Inc.

The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco would like to announce a traineeship opportunity at Velos Inc. for a period of up to 12 months. Velos, Inc. is a leading provider of next-generation health care software. Velos provides an integrated suite of research, clinical, administrative, and financial products.

Velos, Inc. trainee program prepares candidates for careers in software marketing, sales, software development or management. The right candidates will be collaborative, result-oriented, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, responsible and will have excellent analytical and communication skills. The traineeship is open to all majors in any field, although Velos have a particular bend toward software development and programming skills set at the present time. A stipend will be paid to the trainee every month.
