Second up is the ever so important issue of marketing in data-driven organizations and on how to reach new users as an early-stage startup. This seminar is featuring Lisa Enckell, former VP of marketing at Wrapp. Among other things, Lisa will be sharing her experience of how Wrapp grew to a million users faster than renowned sites such as Airbnb and Pintrest.


How we got our first million users with Wrapp – and other insights

 Lisa Enckell, former VP marketing of the venture-backed start-up Wrapp shares her learnings of how they reached a million users faster than Airbnb, Pinterest and other famous services. Lisa joined Wrapp before the launch in Sweden and moved to San Francisco in 2013, when the US became the biggest market. After three years at Wrapp Lisa left the company to work as an independent consultant and is now helping early-stage consumer-facing start-ups. During a breakfast seminar with SACC, Lisa will share some of her learning experiences from being at a data-driven organization, how to get early traction and how to best use social media channels to reach new users.
