VP of Legal / and HR at Automile
Maria Ingelsson is a Swedish and American lawyer with a passion for people and business. She moved to CA in 2015 and she is today the VP of Legal and HR at Automile Inc. Automile a Swedish founded scale-up in the telematics industry, with offices in the US, Sweden, and Norway. In addition, Maria is the board member of several companies, including the Swedish retail chain Rusta AB, and she is a co-founder of uslawfornordics.com, a blog and community which provides free legal guidance to Nordic startups.
Dr Elin Östman
Chief Scientist, Good Idea Inc
Dr Östman is a food innovator with strong roots in academic research, and she´s on a mission to introduce scientifically proven, innovative and attractive food concepts to fight the explosion of lifestyle-related disease. Dr Östman has a long-standing background with multifaceted teams in the academic setting, and more recently from the business world. With experiences on both sides on the Atlantic, Dr Östman has gained first-hand knowledge of differences in Swedish and American organizational constructions and working culture.
Associate Director, HR C Space
Elisabeth Bucknall is the Associate HR Director at C Space (part of the Omnicom Media Group). C Space is a customer agency, working with local and global clients with offices in San Francisco, London, Boston, New York. Elisabeth joined the team in San Francisco this month, following 5.5 years with C Space in London, where she worked across Talent Acquisition, HR and Learning and Development. In 2017 and 2018 C Space won Agency of the Year at our industry awards (MRS) and in 2018 also won Best Place to Work. In San Francisco, Elisabeth will lead across TA, HR & L&D as they continue to grow quickly.
CEO & Chairman Beaconforce
CEO and Chairman of Beaconforce, a fast-growing start-up from San Francisco that transforms managers into leaders who can create inspiring work environments and a workforce that excels. He is also a management consultant for Millenniaminds and specializes in Change Management, Management Psychology, and Behavioral Economics. He recognized many years ago that there is a gap between what science knows about human behaviors and what business does. He aims to reduce this gap through his efforts at Beaconforce, Millenniaminds and by educating the younger generation of business leaders. He has been invited to speak at events on Innovation, Management and The Future of Work in Europe, North America, and Latin America.
