SACC-SF/SV has the honour to invite you to our panel discussion – Women in Gaming. Listen to our amazing panel discussing this important topic. Questions that will be adressed will be key issues the panelists have faced in their impressive careers, how to promote diversity in the gaming industry etc. 
Hamburgers from POPSONS and beer from Lagunitas will be served.

Annika Fogelgren, Game Producer@King 

Annika Fogelgren is a Game Producer and responsible for the billion dollar success Candy Crush Saga franchise. She has a vast experience from the Scandinavian game industry and has recently been regonized among “Women who shape Sweden’s tech future”.

Anna Huerta, Senior Game Designer @Zynga

Anna Huerta holds the position as Senior Game Designer on Zynga’s Words With Friends. She pride herself in turning fantasy into reality, finding creative solutions to the impossible, and telling stories through interactive digital media. Anna Huerta is a board member in Women at Zynga Board – where they produce events to foster a safe environment and host events with women leaders in tech. Prior to Zynga she has had positions within companies such as the Walt Disney Company and Knowledge Adventure.

Nevyn Bengtsson, Co-founder @Lookback

Nevyn Bengtsson is co-founder of Lookback. His Twitter profile says creator, nerd and feminist. Nevyn is a hobbyist indie game developer and passionate about how to make the tech and gaming industry more diverse. Nevyn got the idea behind Lookback during his time at Spotify, when he understood the need of simplifying user research.

Joy Chang, Business Development @Tocaboca

Joy Chang is part of the Business Development team at Toca Boca, an award-winning play studio that makes digital apps for kids. She started in traditional game console space before moving over to the mobile side. She loves to bring Toca Boca into kids’ and families’ lives.

 Mai-Li Hammargren, Chief Marketing Officer @Lookback

Moderator. Mai-Li Hammargren is at Lookback. She joined the company after discussing the gaming industry and feminism with Lookback founder Nevyn. She is the founder of the wearable pioneer Mutewatch. Mai-Li is passionate about breaking down barriers to empower people to pursue their dreams. She got interested in entrepreneurship at the age of sixteen when she started to organize ski strips to the alps.
