Crayfish Party I: At the Norwegian Club, San Francisco
Friday, August 21
Traditional SACC-SF/SV Crayfish Party at the historic Norwegian Club in San Francisco. The menu is designed by Chef Pelle, who among other merits has had the honor to create a banquet for King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. This is an all inclusive traditional feast with delicacies such as snaps (aquavit), “västerbottenpaj” and an abundance of crayfish.
Crayfish Party II: At Hult’s Restaurant, Los Gatos

Renowned Swedish Chef Alexander Hult has composed an unforgettable high-end crayfish dinner experience in cooperation with SACC at his restaurant Hult’s in Los Gatos. Don’t miss out on this gastronomic opportunity at the Open Table Diners’ Choice Awards Winner of 2015.
