Meet Thea Lado Naess,
Thea brings a background in business, economic analysis, and international collaboration, which she has developed through a combination of academic study and internship experience. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics at the University of St Andrews. Alongside her studies, she serves as a Fund Analyst at the university’s Global Investment Group, where she contributes to equity research, financial analysis, and investment pitch presentations.
Previously, Thea completed a summer internship with KPMG Stockholm's Capital Markets team, where she gained insight into IPO readiness processes. Growing up between London and Stockholm, with a Swedish mother and a Norwegian-American father, Thea brings an international perspective and a strong interest in connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across borders . Her background has shaped her interest in international business and global collaboration.
She has joined the chamber as a summer intern, where she is excited to gain hands-on experience working with Swedish and American businesses, develop her knowledge of international trade and business development, and learn how organisations build transatlantic business relationships.
