Refund Policy


All membership payments made to the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce – San Francisco/Silicon Valley (SACC-SF/SV) are final and non-refundable.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a one-year membership, including opportunities for business development, events, networking, and strategic support. While the Chamber commits to delivering value to our members, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

If you believe an error occurred during the payment process (such as duplicate charges), please contact us within 14 days at info@sacc-sf.org  and we will review your case.
Any such request must be submitted in writing to info@sacc-sf.org  within 14 days of the transaction. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
