All membership payments made to the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce – San Francisco/Silicon Valley (SACC-SF/SV) are final and non-refundable. By completing your membership payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a one-year membership. While SACC-SF/SV is committed to delivering substantial value to our members through these offerings, we do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from your membership. The value derived is dependent on various factors, including active participation and individual member engagement.

Payment Errors
In the event of a payment error, such as a duplicate charge, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at info@sacc-sf.org. All requests for review must be submitted in writing to this address within the stated timeframe. The approval of any such refund, if an error is confirmed, remains at the sole discretion of SACC-SF/SV.
