Based on the latest developments in the field, “Effective company directorship” provides participants with the practical tools needed to enable active boardroom participation and to contribute to a company’s growth and development.​​​​​​​

This certificate training course is useful to board members, business owners, CEOs, or those of you who in one way or other engage in boardroom activities.

The course will run over four half-day sessions on October 15, 16, 27 and 28 from 8am-noon PT / 17:00-21:00 CET.​​​​​​​

CERTIFICATION

You may complete your training with an online examination to receive StyrelseAkademien’s certificate in Effective Company Directorship – this certification is valuable merit when business owners and nominating committees recruit new board members. The certificate is recognized by ecoDa, the European Confederation of Directors Associations.
