Meet Elsa Johansson,
Elsa brings a background in commercial law, with hands-on experience in insolvency proceedings, commercial law matters and client advisory. She joins us from Lindskog Malmström Advokatbyrå in Stockholm, where she worked as an associate, managing complex bankruptcy cases involving multi-million assets and ongoing business operations, as well as advising on family and commercial law matters.
Her experience spans both legal analysis and practical case handling, including litigation-related work. She has also gained exposure to intellectual property and data protection matters, including GDPR-related considerations, complementing her broader interest in the intersection of law, business operations, and cross-border legal frameworks.
Elsa holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University, where she specialized in commercial contract as well as banking and insurance law.
At the Chamber, Elsa will support Nordic companies navigating the U.S. market, with a particular focus on legal and IP-related matters. She will also play a key role in strengthening the Chamber’s legal network, contributing to transatlantic knowledge sharing, and supporting initiatives such as legal delegations and international conferences in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
